I’m a busy professional, husband, and father of three in my 40s.
Working out and exercising is hard.
But here’s the thing:
I brush my teeth every day. I watch a TV show every day. I play with my kids every day. If I don’t do them a certain day, I feel bad.
These are routine. I don’t have to think about them, I just do them.
The point of this site is to share my journey into making a “daily sweat” a routine, so it’s something I just do without having to think about it.
We all know that daily exercise is important, and yet we don’t all do it. My theory is that it’s not hard, it’s just not routine.
Join me as I go from flab to fit, so I’m healthier to live a fuller and longer life. Hopefully this will inspire you to do the same.
