Kickboxing, 17 October 2018

Tonight I had some more martial arts lessons. It wasn’t part of my ABC program but I’m recording it anyway.

It was focused on kickboxing. I had a bit of an accident as I kicked the pad the instructor was holding but I ended up kicking his elbow with the top of my foot. I’ll get a bruise 🙂
