Today I did Workout B of the ABC Workout.

Superset 1

Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10 (105 135 165) 10 10 1

Dumbbell rear lateral raises: 3 sets of 10 (20 20 20lb) 10 10 7

Superset 2

Dumbbell presses: 3 sets of 10 (20 25 30lb) 10 10 3

Neutral grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 10: 6 4 3

Superset 3

Cable rows: 3 sets of 10 (120 135 165lb) 10 6 1

Dumbbell lateral raises: 3 sets of 10 (15 15 20lb) 10 6 3

Stronglifts

1.1 Mile Jog
