Biceps bar curl: 3 sets of 10

Dips: 3 sets of 10

Superset 2

Cable bicep curl: 3 sets of 10

Tricep cable pulldown: 3 sets of 10

Superset 3

Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10

Weighed lunges: 3 sets of 10

Superset 4

Bench Flys: 3 sets of 10 (20 20 20)

Calf raises: 3 sets of 10

Superset 5

Flat Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10

Weighed squats: 3 sets of 10
