Dumbbell rear lateral raises: 3 sets of 10 (25 25 25lb) 10 10 10

Superset 2

Dumbbell presses: 3 sets of 10 (25 25 25lb) 10 4 5

Neutral grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 10: 3 2 2

Superset 3

Cable rows: 3 sets of 10 (120 135 165lb) 10 10 7

Dumbbell lateral raises: 3 sets of 10 (15 15 20lb) 10 10 3

No jogging today: foot hurting
