So, as much as I’ve been enjoying Workout A, it’s too dang long. It’s taking me between 1 and 1.5 hours to do it, and ain’t nobody got time for that.
As a result I modified it slighly, so I’m doing only 3 rounds of reps for each exercise instead of 4 or 5. I’ll make up for it by going heavier. I am due for Workout A today again, so let’s see how it goes!
