Today I did Workout C of the ABC Workout. Workout C changes every time, and it’s an opportunity to get out of the routine and try something more fun.
I started off by going for a 40-minute walk in the morning. I like walks because I get to listen to an audiobook, and pray the divine office and the rosary.
Later in the day, I had my first martial arts lesson at Premier Martial Arts here in London. The entire family has joined this studio and we are all looking forward to getting started.
Today it was an introductory lesson on kickboxing and Krav Maga. It was awesome and I broke a good sweat too.
