Today I did Workout C of the current ABC Workout.

Core

45 seconds, 10 seconds break. Repeat until you can’t do 45s, then move to the next exercise.

  • Landmine side-to-side: 2
  • Heels to the Heavens: 2
  • Step-through Plank: 1
  • X-Man Crunch (12 reps): 1
  • Alternating thread the needle (10 on each side): 1
  • Alternating Jack Knives: 1
  • Stationary bike: 1

Boxer workout

  • Plank-ups: 1
  • Serratus roll-outs: 3
  • Band punches, feet back to back: 3×12
  • Screwdrivers: 1
  • Serratus crunch pulldowns: (30 60 95): 12 12 12
