Today I did Workout A of the ABC Workout.

Superset 1

  1. Biceps EZ bar curl: 3 sets of 12 (60 60 60: 12 9 3)
  1. EZ bar skull crusher: 3 sets of 12 (30 40 60: 12 12 8)

Superset 2

  1. Zottman bicep curls: 3 sets of 12 (25 25 25: 8 4 3)
  2. Dips: 3 sets of 12 (6 3 2)

Superset 3

  1. Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10 (25 35 35: 10 4 4)
  2. Leg extension: 3 sets of 10 (165 165 195: 10 10 10)

Superset 4

  1. Bench Flys: 3 sets of 10 (20 20 20: 10 10 10)
  2. Calf raises: 3 sets of 10 (240 260 280: 10 10 10)

Superset 5

  1. Decline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10 (25 25 25: 10 10 10)
  2. Leg curl: 3 sets of 10 (90 90 110: 10 10 3)
