Workout B, January 30, 2019

It’s been a few weeks as I’ve been dealing with some health issues. Today I did Workout B of the ABC Workout.

Superset 1:

  1. Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (105 135 165: 10 7 3)
  2. Dumbbell re20ar lateral raises: 3 sets of  8-12 reps (20 20 20: 10 10 7)

Superset 2:

  1. Dumbbell presses: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (20 20 20: 10 10 10)
  2. Neutral grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (6 5 3)

Superset 3:

  1. Cable rows: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (120 135 165: 10 7 2)
  2. Dumbbell laterals: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (15 15 15lb: 10 7 6)
