Workout B, September 30, 2018

Today I did Workout B of the ABC Workout. I had to modify it and replace the Stronglifts part of it, as there’s no squat station at the hotel gym.

Superset 1:

  1. Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (105 135 165: 10 10 10)
  2. Dumbbell rear lateral raises: 3 sets of  8-12 reps (20 25 25: 10 10 10)

Superset 2:

  1. Dumbbell presses: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (20 25 30: 10 10 8)
  2. Neutral grip pull-ups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (8 5 5)

Superset 3:

    1. Cable rows: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (120 135 165: 10 10 10)
    2. Dumbbell laterals: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (15 15 20lb: 10 10 10)

5K Run

Ran a 5K around the hotel this morning:
