    • Last time: 3 sets of 12 on either side at 35lb, 50lb, 55lb
    • Today: 3 sets of 12 on either site at 50, 60, 80lb
  • 3 sets of pull ups to fail
  • 3 sets of chin ups to fail
  • 20 minutes on the ArcTrainer
