  • Leg press: 6 sets of 6 on each leg: 3x 25lb, 3x 50lb

  • Leg extension: 6 sets of 6: built to 390lb


  • Back squat (Max is 235): Build up to 3 reps of 185 (79%). This is 70lb on each side of the barbell.


  • 10m 30lb snatches
