Today I am working on upper-body stuff, biceps, and some cardio/endurance.
Upper body calisthenics
- Pull-up pyramid (5)
- Push-up pyramid (6)
This was not too challenging. Let’s bump it by one next time.
Biceps
- Incline Inner-Biceps Curl (build to tough): 6 sets of 8:
- Done: 15 20 20 20 (already almost failing) 20 20 (8 might be too much)
- Hammer Curl (build to tough): 6 sets of 8:
- Done: 15 20 20 20 20 25
Cardio
My plan was to do the Audubon Routine (3 sets of):
- 1m burpees
- 1m flutters
- 1m lunges
- 1m glute bridge
- 1m squat jumps
- 1m plank
But after 5 minutes of it I wasn’t feeling it. So I went to the ArcTrainer machine for 15 minutes:
- 15 min ArcTrainer: 264 cal
