Upper body calisthenics, biceps, cardio

Today I am working on upper-body stuff, biceps, and some cardio/endurance.

Upper body calisthenics

  • Pull-up pyramid (5)
  • Push-up pyramid (6)

This was not too challenging. Let’s bump it by one next time.

Biceps

  • Incline Inner-Biceps Curl (build to tough): 6 sets of 8:
    • Done: 15 20 20 20 (already almost failing) 20 20 (8 might be too much)
  • Hammer Curl (build to tough): 6 sets of 8:
    • Done: 15 20 20 20 20 25

Cardio

My plan was to do the Audubon Routine (3 sets of):

  • 1m burpees
  • 1m flutters
  • 1m lunges
  • 1m glute bridge
  • 1m squat jumps
  • 1m plank

But after 5 minutes of it I wasn’t feeling it. So I went to the ArcTrainer machine for 15 minutes:

  • 15 min ArcTrainer: 264 cal
